Digital Services & Sessions: Due to the nature of energy work, mentoring, and digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend a booked session, please contact us at least [insert number, e.g. 24/48] hours in advance to reschedule.
Courses & Programs: Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase if no content has been accessed.
Physical Products (if offered): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
