What if I can't make it live?  No problem, I will send you a recording of the visualisation, any teachings I share.

I've never done this before?  What do I need to do to prepare?  Just turn up with an open mind and create a quiet space you can feel relaxed in.  I recommend having a glass of water to hand and a notebook and pen incase you want to make notes.
